If we look at the relationship between training and strengthening LLMs from the perspective of large scale public value transfer to private entities that don’t have a public accountability mandate, does it mean that we need a new org form for AI tech development in order to a) not repeat the mistakes of digital platforms (web2.0), and b) given the “public health” risks associated with AI on all level of societal organisation?
